"Excellent Quality"
Gotten my first DW 7 years ago and recently got the new Iconic Link. Absolutely love the quality. The leather strap could last so long. Of course, you don't compare it with luxury brands. But within the same range, I must say it's pretty decent quality. Have checked out other brands, the workmanship is not as impressive as DW. Especially the case thickness, it's so thin!

"Great customer services"
These watches at DW aren't the cheapest but they are one of the best watch brands I've ever used. Besides the amazing quality and the absolutely stylish look of the watches, their customer service are at the top. Such helpful people working there and I'm truly grateful for them. Helped me so much when the watch I purchased had a broken strap.
